Biden's Vaccine Mandate Was Re-Allowed by the Supreme Court

Updated: Apr 3, 2022

THE SCOOP: In a 6-3 decision by the Supreme Court on Friday, it sided with the Biden administration in a dispute with Navy personnel who defied the vaccine mandate on religious grounds.

The heavily disputed Covid-19 vaccine was added to the military mandatory inoculation list in August.

Thirty-five members of the Naval Special Warfare Command requested religious exemptions but were denied. The members immediately sued, citing religious rights.
