Biden Administration Caught Promoting Atheism Abroad

- News -

According to justthenews.com, the State Department, headed by Antony Blinken, began a funding program in April 2021 that "would award grants of up to $500,000 to organizations committed to the practice and spread of atheism and humanism, namely in South/Central Asia and in the Middle East/North Africa."

Over 15 GOP legislatures have seriously questioned the constitutionality of this fund, calling attention to the fact that the atheist/humanist religion is not only not an official position of the U.S. government, but stands against the traditional American culture and ethic.

One of the lawmakers, Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-Wisc.), told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Thursday, "And the Biden administration is going to make it clear that they believe one of the reasons for our success is our acceptance of atheism and humanism."

Critics argue that the fund argues that it is not promoting religious freedom, and instead argue that it promotes--above other religions--the religion of secular atheism and humanism--both of which are religions in their own right. While the program claims to promote atheism and humanism under the guise of religious freedom, "This is not 'religious freedom,'" the GOP letter argues.
