BREAKING - In a press conference on Friday, President Biden announced that should Russia invade Ukraine, the U.S. will not send troops to join the fight on NATO's or Ukraine's behalf.
"We will not send troops to Ukraine to fight," Joe Biden said during the press conference. This emergency press conference took place to address the recent rumors of "immanent" Russian invasion.
