Said Joe Biden, (Thursday) shortly after he announced that all employers with 100 or more employees would have to require that their workers be vaccinated or undergo at least weekly testing under a new plan of the Biden Administration.
The Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration plans to issue this order in coming weeks. The Order will cover over 80 million private-sector workers and businesses that don’t comply will face up to $14,000 fines per violation.
“If you break the rules, be prepared to pay,” the president said.
Under this order, all stated employers will be required to give their workers paid time off to not only get vaccinated but also to recover from any “side effects.”
The President, during his announcement, continually attacked Americans who have chosen not to be vaccinated as well as governors, elected officials, and business owners who have respected peoples personal decisions regarding the vaccine. “Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated” Mr. Biden said, “My message to unvaccinated Americans is this, what more is there to wait for? What more do you need to see? ...we’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin.”
With Gov. Ron DeSantis (FL) specifically in mind, the president stated,
“if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my powers as president to get them out of the way.”
The announcement that was made Thursday by the president is part of a six-point initiative to up the vaccination rate among private US citizens. The heightened push comes amid claims that the “unvaccinated” are “crowding our hospitals.” (according to the Biden Admin.) and speculations of Moderna’s and other major vaccine producers company stock price reaching unprecedented highs. So far, Montana is the only state that has banned private employers from requiring the Covid-19 vaccine, according to research by the National Academy for State Health Policy; however, strong resistance from many more Republican-led states as well as private citizens is expected.
Already, Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota tweeted, “My legal team is standing by ready to file our lawsuit the minute @joebiden files his unconstitutional rule. This gross example of federal intrusion will not stand,” (2) and, “South Dakota will stand up to defend freedom. @JoeBiden see you in court.” (3)
Even though White House officials have previously indicated that the president will not mandate vaccinations for each and every American citizen, after recent developments many are wondering what exactly will follow in the coming days and weeks.

This is the most flagrant violation of the constitution by an American president since Lincoln, or perhaps FDR. The difference between Lincoln and creepy China Joe of course is that Lincoln violated the Constitution after the Civil War started in order to save the Union, and China Joe violated it apparently in the hopes of starting a civil war. His rhetoric and hatred for the American people is absolutely jaw-dropping.
