A Manhatten judge has temporarily ended a Long Island father's visitation rights with his daughter unless he either receives the vaccine, or submits regular Covid-19 tests weekly.
"Here, in person parental access by the defendant is not in the Childs best interests, and there are exceptional circumstances to support this [rights} suspension."
Wrote Justice Mathew Cooper, he went on,
"The dangers of voluntarily remaining unvaccinated during access with a child while the Covid-19 virus remains a threat to children's health and safety cannot be understated."
Research over the past year has clearly shown that a child's risk to the Covid-19 infection is almost at zero--in fact, in some studies, the death or serious injury rate among children is literally zero. Read More
According to one report last month,
"Sweden, a major western country that kept schools open for children under 15, had Zero deaths among their 1.8 million students. That was without mask mandates and testing measures." (1, 2)
According to the fathers lawyer, Lloyd Rosen, the father has already had the virus and has strong natural immunity.
Data shows that in many cases, natural immunity is superior even to the two-dose Pfizer vaccine--this from Israeli researcher back in August.
