Paul Pelosi Pleads NOT GUILTY in DUI Case, Video Footage Hidden From Public

- News -

Paul and Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, are Northern, California royalty. Their world was rocked on the evening of May 28, 2022, when Paul Pelosi blew a stop sign and was t-boned by another vehicle.

Upon being questioned by the police, it was discovered that Paul Pelosi had slurred speech, and red, watery eyes, and after several field sobriety tests (failing each one) he was promptly on suspicion of DUI.

When the police first pulled up and asked to see his ID, he first pulled out his gold Police Donor card, which shows that he is a major donor to the police department.

These donations are reported to go toward a fund that pays for officers’ children to go to college. Some are labeling this card as his “White Privilege” card.

Pelosi was arrested when Nancy Pelosi was on the other side of the country in Washington DC. She bailed him out the next morning for a mere $5,000.

Originally, it was reported that the Driver and passenger of the other vehicle had no injuries. With no injuries or minor injuries, his DUI was filed as a misdemeanor. It was not until the next day, that the driver of the other vehicle reported neck and arm injuries and was having trouble moving one of his arms. He reported receiving care from his doctor. With his increased injuries, his DUI should have been moved to a felony DUI.

Upon Paul Pelosi’s court arraignment today, Paul Pelosi was not present. His attorney filed not guilty, in his favor. It was a shock when the district attorney did not change his charges to Felony charges.

When asked by reporters, the District Attorney stated that she compared Pelosi’s case against similar cases, and in similar cases with the type of injuries that the defendant had, those cases have filed a misdemeanor. Being privileged as the husband of the Speaker of the House may be in play in this situation.

Another shocking detail of this case is what happened to the original judge tasked with leading the trial. Pelosi’s original judge was dismissed and was replaced by one who formerly worked in the CA DA’s office. He has never presided over a criminal case before.

Jessie Waters, on his 8/2/22 Fox News show, showed that there is, in existence, never-before-seen, newly released dash cam video of the crash. Fox News is officially suing the District Attorney’s Office, under the Freedom of Information Act, to obtain this dash cam footage.

Paul Pelosi's court day is currently not known.
