SKETCHY? Most Details Of The Uvalde Texas Shooting Are Being Held From The Public

Updated: Jun 23, 2022

According to Vice.com, the City of Uvalde and its police dept. are working with a private law firm to stop the release of any record related to the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School, where the slow reaction of police there almost assuredly allowed the shooter to kill more children.

According to Vice, the public records that the city is currently attempting to hide include camera footage, photos, 911 calls (likely from children inside the room), text messages, criminal records, and more.

One of the lawyers working closely with the city stated that “The City has not voluntarily released any information to a member of the public,” Cynthia Trevino, who made the above statement, reportedly works for the private law firm Denton Navarro Rocha Bernal & Zech.

Amid the confusion, one thing remains clear: The reaction by the Uvalde Police Dept. was slow, unorganized, and failed to stop the active shooter until 90 minutes after they had been notified of the danger. This slow response by the Uvalde Police almost assuredly led to the death of more children that fatal day.

One thing that remains unclear, however, is the question of whether or not the Uvalde police had any orders from outside influences which prohibited or cautioned them from taking the proper action. Many have speculated that IF that were the case, it could be a viable explanation for this massive cover-up.
